1. Bids will be valid for a maximum of 90 days.
2. Bids cannot be negotiated.
3. 'Traders’ cannot confer with other 'Traders’ about any WeBuyGymEquipment.Com trade-in opportunities. If the situation arises and becomes known to WeBuyGymEquipment.Com, a strike will be recorded.
4. 'Traders’ may not approach 'Sellers’ once an opportunity of a trader-in request is known. If the situation arises and becomes known to WeBuyGymEquipment.Com, a strike will be recorded.
5. 'Traders’ may not approach 'Partners’ of WeBuyGymEquipment.Com once an opportunity of a trader-in request is known. If the situation arises and becomes known to WeBuyGymEquipment.Com, a strike will be recorded. Partners include any operators or fitness equipment suppliers who are under contract with WeBuyGymEquipment.Com.
6. 10% (plus VAT) or minimum fee of £195 (plus VAT) of the successful bid with be paid to WeBuyGymEquipment.Com to secure the trade-in lot. This will be treated as a deposit.
7. Payments to 'Seller’ in two transactions:
   1. 50% of sellers price (works out to be 45% of trader bid) prior to extraction
   2. Balance (45% of trader bid) to be paid to seller post collection of products within 5 working days.
8. 'Trader’ will be introduced to 'Seller’ if the bid has been successful.
9. 'Trader’ will work directly with the 'Seller’ once introduced and organise logistics to complete a smooth process of extraction of equipment.
10. 'Trader’ and 'Seller’ must complete and sign the condition report once products have been tested and removed from site. Form to be sent from 'Trader’ to WeBuyGymEquipment.Com account manager by email within 2 working days.
11. If 'Trader’ retracts bid within 90 day period of accepting the deal, a strike will be recorded. The lot will be offered to the next best bid.
